This is Simone Dinnerstein’s first recording for Sony Classical, titled “BACH: A STRANGE BEAUTY”. Ms. Dinnerstein combines three transcriptions of Bach’s Chorale Preludes, with one of his English Suites and two of his Keyboard Concerti. And… this is her first recording for SONY as a soloist with the Berlin Staatdkapelle orchestra.
The listener can once again hear Ms. Dinnerstein’s intense and expressive playing style, as well as her unique approach to Bach’s music.
