Frank Peter Zimmermann is one of the great violinists performing today.

It is clear from hearing him perform that he is a sensitive musician and a strong player technically. He handles the Mozart violin concertos with his delicate tone and excellent musical sensitivity. His performance style is excellent, and Zimmermann brings out the fine nuances between humor and seriousness in these Mozart violin concertos, as well as in the additional selections.
