Five Carmen’s!

When George Bizet composed the opera Carmen, he likely had no idea how popular this work would be in the years to come. The music is full of excitement, passion, wonderful melodies, a beautiful woman, and more.

In the years following the introduction of the opera, other musicians went to work to create fantasies and musical variations on many of Bizet’s great themes.

Below are *five* of these interpretations as performed by some amazing artists!
