Did you know that violinist Joshua Bell was recently named Music Director of the Academy of St Martin in the Fields?

Wait… Don’t panic! Mr. Bell is continuing to give concerts as a solo violinist, as well.

And… if you live in the San Francisco Bay Area you have a great opportunity to hear Mr. Bell perform as a violinist this week. Joshua Bell will perform the concerto for violin and orchestra in A-Minor, Op. 82 by Alexander Glazunov. He will be accompanied by the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Michael Tilson Thomas.
