Arturo Benedetti Michelangeli plays Ravel and Debussy

This recording is a tribute to the late Arturo Benedetti Michelangeli, a very fine musician; a perfectionist with a highly selective concert repertoire, in which Scarlatti’s works might be joined by those of Debussy and Ravel.

The number of Michelangeli’s recordings is limited now, with mostly CD’s of works by Debussy and Ravel and a few by Beethoven.
