Julian Rachlin.

Julian Rachlin, violinist.

Here is yet another young artist, who impresses me with his style, his presentation, and his confidence. The music of the future is well served by people like that.

I listened to this violinist today, and I liked his fresh, sensitive, and very musical playing. Mr. Rochlin is 39 years old, and my sense is that we will hear a lot more from him in the years to come.
